Think Happy | Book Review


This book caught my eye initially with it's beautiful colorful cover and title.  I mean, who doesn't need to "Think Happy"?!  It seems that life is always throwing me curveballs, so I was sold when I read the sub-title "instant peptalks to boost positivity".  The inside of this book did not disappoint!  

 This small hardback book is full color from cover to cover!  It's full of eye-catching graphics and thought-provoking quotes along with a quick explanation/challenge for each section. I often found myself laughing out-loud with the quote, all the while also realizing the truth that it held within it's funny words.  

 One of my favorites was "Everything in life come with a pooper scooper factor.  ...Because you love your puppy, you accept that some pooper scoopering is involved...Instead of sweating, resisting, and whining about the small stuff, just think of it as the pooper scooper factor of life."

 This book would be a wonderful gift for someone who could use a little "pick-me-up" or for yourself to read when you need a little refocusing.  I love this book!
